Bass - Dermot McNeill 

Dermot is a musician who has worked in many musical settings in and around London since relocating here in 2004. He has just completed his Masters in double bass and jazz composition at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama where he has the opportunity to compose and write for big band under the tutelage of Scott Stroman and write and perform in his own quartet, as well as perform with some of the great names in jazz such as Jason Rubello, Dave Leibman , John Surman, Lianne Carol and Ian Shaw.

Drums - Joe Pearson 

Joe is a versatile and experienced drummer and percussionist who has studied with Ed Soph (University of North Texas, USA), Bob Armstrong and Trevor Tomkins (Guildhall School of Music and Drama, London, UK). He has appeared as a performer in ITV's Mrs. Biggs, and have received radio airplay on BBC 6 Music, BBC Asian Network and BBC Radio Leeds. Composition and production credits include ITV, John Smedley and Celtic football club.

 

Guitar - Ed Arm 

Eduardas is an accomplished jazz/funk guitar player and a guitar teacher. He has graduated from Master's Programme at Guildhall School of Music & Drama under the guidance of Phill Robson and Scott Stroman. One of his recent career highlights was playing a lead guitar at the performance of Mark-Anthony Turnage's 'Blood on The Floor' collaboration with Southbank Sinfonia. Prior to that he has toured Europe with a funk/jazz band D'Orange feat, Sofia Rubina and has performed in the following festivals: Don Chento Jazz Festival in Russia supporting Incognito band, JazzKaar festival in Estonia supporting Roy Ayers band, Rigas Ritmi in Latvia, Usadba Jazz Festival in Russia, Muhu Jazz festival and Tudengi Jazz in Estonia, Kaunas Jazz in Lithania.

 

Keyboard - Liam Dunachie 

Liam Dunachie is a pianist, composer and arranger based in London.Originally from Shropshire, he began his musical training as a treble chorister in Hereford Cathedral Choir and later studied music at Trinity College, Cambridge where he was a choral scholar in its world renowned choir under Stephen Layton. At Cambridge he studied composition with Robin Holloway and Richard Marlow and co-directed the Cambridge University Jazz Orchestra.

       After graduating from Cambridge, Liam won a scholarship to study jazz piano and arranging at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama where he studied with Malcolm Edmonstone, Nikki Iles and Scott Stroman among others. He has performed with the London Jazz Orchestra at the Vortex Jazz Club and appeared with many different groups and artists at prestigious venues in London including Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club, The Savoy Hotel, The Arts Club and Pizza Express Jazz Club, Soho.

          As an accompanist and session pianist he has worked for a wide variety of organisations, including BBC2's "The Choir" with Gareth Malone, Opera Up Close, and has worked in several of London's premier recording Studios including Air, Angel and The Pool.

          As a composer and arranger he has also produced arrangements in recent months for the City of London Sinfonia and had his work performed by Trinity College Choir on a recent tour across the USA and Canada. He has also worked as a Musical Director for National Youth Music Theatre.
